Training & Placement Cell
Our College believes that the technical education should make the aspiring students find a job for their livelihood. The Placement and Training Cell of the college provides platform for the students to find a job of their choice. In order to make them fit enough to face the placement interviews. The college conducts many useful training programs. The Training and Placement cell is headed by a chief co-ordinator who is supported by seven members representing each department in addition to student representatives from all engineering branches.The institute has provided complete infrastructure for effective functioning of the cell. The available amenities include a spacious seminar hall, LCD, OHP and a conference hall for conducting interviews. TPC Cell takes initiative for developing right attitudes, soft skills, motivating our students to achieve strong technical as well as analytical capabilities, and exposing them to the requirements of corporate world and helping them in their professional careers.

The T&P (Training and Placement) Cell of Theem College of Engineering, Boisar not only acts as a facilitator for training and placement but also works towards overall development of the students. It primarily works as a liaison between industry and institute.Theem COE is putting all its efforts in this direction to develop Engineers who can be groomed into industry-ready technocrats.
Training Sessions
1. Training given to students to successfully qualify in different competitive exam. For this they undergo training session on Quantitative aptitude, logical question, reasoning question, General knowledge, etc.
2. Conducting Technical training like: a. Seminars, b. Workshop, c. Guest lecture of expert from Industries.
3. Guest lecture from Alumni’s for sharing their experience
4. Conducting various grooming sessions from Industry experts.
5. Encourages for doing Internships.
