First year is the very importnatnt transition phase of the students to the Technical Education. Our department has a team of qualified and experienced faculty members and we are striving hard continuously to improve upon the quality of education and to maintain its position of leadership in Engineering and technology. Our goal for First year students is to give them a high quality basic sciences education that includes hands-on experience through which they can get idea about basic science and its real life application. I welcome all the students in engineering and wish you best of luck for your future and overall growth during their engineering education. I hope that our students will prove to be an invaluable asset to society.

To provide students with strong foundation of basic science , mathematics along with its applied aspect and hone their communication skills.
Mission
M1: Strive to develop strong mathematical concepts in order to solve complex engineering
problems and create appropiate mathematical models.
M2: Strive to develop firm base of basic chemisty and physics as well as its applied aspect
so that it may be used in solving engineering problems as and when applicable.
M3: Try to develop strong writing, speaking and reading ability and social values by
providing good knowledge of communication skills and humanities.

Applied science and humanities has become a strategic function in every field of engineering, the department of Applied Science established in the 2012. The department considers the committed and dedicated faculty as its core strength in providing value education with professional standards to the enthusiastic and vibrant student community. Improved methods of teaching and learning process are adopted to achieve learning abilities through practice, exposure and motivation. We inculcate courage and creativity in our students.
